All guided tours are available during our main season (Easter to All Saints’ Day). You can find more information about our current opening hours here.
A visit to Franzensburg Castle is only possible as part of a guided tour. The tours are conducted in German as standard. For the museum tour, audio guides are available in the following languages: English, Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, Russian, Spanish and Italian. For the High Tower and Rooftop Tour, audio guides are available in English.

Information for Arriving by Bus
Bus parking is available on the premises after the main ticket office (Main Entrance Gate P1; address: Schlossplatz 1, 2361 Laxenburg).

Please note: For short-notice bookings (within 15 days before the tour), an additional fee of €50.00 gross will be charged.
